The Wescan Insurance Brokers (WIB) Privacy Policy is a statement of principles and policies regarding the protection of personal information. The objective of the company’s Privacy Policy is to promote responsible and transparent personal information management practices in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA -Canada). WIB will continue to review its Privacy Policy to ensure it is relevant and remains current with the changing industry standards, technologies and laws.

We use this information to improve our websites and services and to drive new product development.

Information Retention

We retain our client’s information as long as they choose to use Wescan Insurance Services. After terminating your account, your data will be automatically deleted from our active database within 3 months. Our prospects’ information is deleted permanently within 2 weeks after they have requested to unsubscribe from our email/mailing list or another mode of communication they originally consented to.
